Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales made on chick.ke are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an item has been purchased.

Defective or Damaged Products: If the product you receive is damaged or defective due to manufacturing or shipping issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Incorrect Item Received: If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

Shipping fees for returns/exchanges will be covered by us only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way after delivery.
